Laudien Power Ranking Rules for 2011

Any elite race in the following states is eligible to score points
PA/NJ/DE/MD and by God WVA.

Any race the meets the following minimum standards will score points
- And Road Race or Circuit Race 100km (men) or 70KM ( women and masters)
or
- Any criterium with a purse of $1000 (men) or $500 (women and masters)
or
- Any TT over 30 km stand alone or 20km as part of an omnium/sr

also
- Any omnium will score points as individual stages provided that all stages meet the requirements or that individual stage registration is an option
- For stage races based on time, all stages count for point AND the overall counts independently

- The season starts April 22 and ends September 30.
- In order for a race to count the results must be up by Wednesday at noon.

Points for all events 100, 80, 65, 60 then down by 5s to 0

The purpose of the series it two-fold

* Recognize the best races and racers in the region
* Encourage promoters to raise the level of their races
